4. 銷售條款
Sales Policy
- 本公司致力確保網站上所載之商品價格、資料及數量準確無誤；惟如有任何更新或調整，恕不另行通知。
NOBLETIME 保留隨時修改商品價格、促銷內容及銷售條件之最終決定權。 - 客人成功提交訂單後，我們將以 WhatsApp 或 SMS 通知訂單確認。
所有預訂商品均為客人確認訂單後專門生產或向供應商採購，訂單一經確認，恕不接受取消或修改。 - 如因供應商延誤、貨運問題或其他不可抗力因素導致出貨日期延後，本公司將根據實際情況調整發貨安排。
若客人因此要求取消訂單，訂金恕不退還。 - 若供應商或生產商最終未能全數供貨，本公司將以 WhatsApp 或 SMS 通知客人，並全數退還訂金。
本公司不會就此另作賠償。
We endeavour to ensure that all prices, product details, and stock information displayed on the Website are accurate. However, all such information is subject to change or update without prior notice. NOBLETIME reserves the final right to amend pricing, promotional offers, and sales terms at any time.
Once an order is successfully placed, NOBLETIME will confirm it via WhatsApp or SMS. All pre-order items are specially produced or procured from suppliers according to individual customer requests; orders cannot be canceled or amended once confirmed.
If delays occur due to supplier issues, shipping disruptions, or other force majeure events, NOBLETIME will adjust the shipping schedule accordingly. Should the customer decide to cancel under such circumstances, the deposit will be non-refundable.
In cases where the supplier or manufacturer is ultimately unable to fulfil the order in full, NOBLETIME will notify the customer via WhatsApp or SMS and issue a full refund of the deposit. No further compensation will be provided.
5. 商品配送與提取
Delivery and Collection
商品到達本公司倉庫後，我們將透過 WhatsApp 或 SMS 通知客人支付尾款及安排提取。
客人可選擇以快遞服務配送，或親臨本公司指定地點自取。
Once goods arrive at our warehouse, customers will be notified via WhatsApp or SMS regarding final payment and collection arrangements. Customers may choose between courier delivery or self-pickup at our designated collection point.
5.1 快遞服務
Delivery Service
本地運送（香港地區）
Local Delivery (Hong Kong)
- 購物滿 HK$500 或以上，可享香港本地免費運送服務。
- 偏遠地區或特別收件地址（如離島）可能需額外收費，實際費用將於結帳時顯示。
- 訂單金額不足 HK$500，郵費將以貨到付款方式支付，金額以結帳時為準。
Orders of HK$500 or above are eligible for free local delivery within Hong Kong. Remote or special locations may incur additional charges.
For orders below HK$500, shipping charges will be collected upon delivery.
海外運送（指定地區）
Overseas Delivery (Selected Regions)
- 海外訂單滿 HK$2,500 可享以下地區免費運送：
中國內地、台灣、印尼、日本、澳門、馬來西亞、菲律賓、新加坡、南韓、泰國、越南、澳洲、加拿大、美國。 - 未達 HK$2,500，運費將按地區、重量及運送方式計算，並於出貨前報價。
For international orders of HK$2,500 or above, free shipping is available to the designated destinations listed above.
For orders below HK$2,500, shipping fees will be quoted prior to dispatch.

如因天災、交通事故、疫情或其他不可抗力因素導致配送延誤或未能送達，本公司概不負責。
Delivery delays or non-delivery caused by force majeure events shall not constitute grounds for compensation or liability.
5.2 自行取貨
Store Pickup
客人須於收到取貨通知後 14 天內 前往指定門市取貨。
逾期未取，本公司有權處理相關貨品及收取合理存倉費。
Customers must collect orders within fourteen (14) days of notification. Failure to do so may result in disposal of goods or storage charges.
6. 退換及退款政策
Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
除商品有瑕疵或損壞外，所有售出商品均不接受退貨或退款。
因運輸造成之外包裝輕微磨損不視為瑕疵。
All sales are final. Returns and refunds are only accepted for defective or damaged items. Minor packaging wear due to shipping is not considered a defect.

- 商品及包裝須保持原貌並附齊配件
6.2 換貨流程

經審核後，客人須親臨門市或郵寄商品（郵費自付）。

本條款受 香港特別行政區法律 管轄及詮釋。
如任何條款被裁定無效，其餘條款仍然有效。
本公司保留最終修訂及詮釋權。
