1. 網上購物接受哪些付款方式?

我們接受信用卡(VISA、MasterCard、美國運通)、Apple Pay、Google Pay、銀行轉帳及轉數快(FPS)等付款方式。

2. 下單後可以取消或修改訂單嗎?

所有預訂商品均為確認後專項生產或向供應商採購,訂單一經確認,恕不接受取消或修改。

Can I cancel or change my order after confirmation?
As all pre-order items are made-to-order or sourced from suppliers, orders cannot be canceled or amended once confirmed.

3. 可以修改預訂商品的數量嗎?

訂單確認後無法自行更改,如有特別情況,請透過 WhatsApp 或 SMS 聯絡我們。

Can I change the quantity of items in my order?
Quantities cannot be changed after order confirmation. For special cases, please contact our team via WhatsApp or SMS.

4. 為什麼下單後還沒收到訂單確認通知?

訂單成功提交後,我們通常會在 24 小時內 透過 WhatsApp 或 SMS 發送訂單確認通知。
若超過時限仍未收到,請透過 WhatsApp 或 SMS 聯絡我們查詢。

Why haven’t I received an order confirmation?
Once your order is successfully submitted, an order confirmation will normally be sent via WhatsApp or SMS within 24 hours.
If you haven’t received it after that time, please contact us via WhatsApp or SMS for assistance.

5. 商品已達預計到貨日期但仍未收到通知,該怎麼辦?

如遇供應商延遲或物流問題,導致預訂商品未能於預計到貨日期抵達,我們會根據實際情況更新進度,並於商品到貨後透過 WhatsApp 或 SMS 通知客人支付尾款及安排提取。
如有任何疑問,請透過 WhatsApp 或 SMS 聯絡我們。

If there are supplier delays or logistics issues preventing your order from arriving as scheduled, we will update you accordingly and notify you via WhatsApp or SMS once the item is ready for balance payment and pickup.
For any inquiries, please feel free to contact us through WhatsApp or SMS.

6. 若商品超過預計到貨日期但仍未發貨,可以取消訂單嗎?

如遇供應商延遲或物流問題,導致預訂商品未能於預計到貨日期發貨,我們將根據實際情況調整出貨日期。如客人因此要求取消預訂,訂金恕不退還。

Can I cancel my order if the delivery is delayed?
If supplier delays or logistics issues prevent your order from being shipped by the estimated date, we will adjust the delivery schedule accordingly.
Should you wish to cancel due to such delays, the deposit will be non-refundable.

7. 可以到門市下單或查詢商品嗎?

可以。客人可前往門市查詢或下單,現場銷售人員將提供協助。

Can I place orders or make inquiries at your store?
Yes. You may visit our store for inquiries or to place your order directly with our staff.

B)關於商品配送 / Delivery-Related Questions

1. 你們提供哪些配送方式?

可選擇本地快遞或門市自取。香港地區單筆消費滿 HK$500 可享免費本地送貨(偏遠地區或特別收件地址,例如離島或偏遠區域,可能需額外收費,實際費用將於結帳時顯示)。
海外訂單滿 HK$2,500 可享指定地區免費國際配送(包括︰中國內地、台灣、印尼、日本、澳門、馬來西亞、菲律賓、新加坡、南韓、泰國、越南、澳洲、加拿大及美國)。

What delivery options are available?
Customers can choose local courier delivery or store pickup.
Orders of HK$500 or above qualify for free local delivery (surcharges may apply for remote areas or special addresses such as outlying islands or rural zones — actual fees will be shown at checkout).
International orders of HK$2,500 or above enjoy free shipping to designated regions, including Mainland China, Taiwan, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, Canada, and the United States.

2. 下單後可以更改配送方式嗎?

3. 尾款結清後多久會出貨?

4. 若未能在 14 天內到店取貨,可以延後嗎?

Can I extend my pickup period beyond 14 days?
Yes. Please contact our team via WhatsApp or SMS; we’ll assist with an extension based on storage availability.

5. 配送時間需要多久?

香港地區約 1–3 個工作天;海外地區約 7–14 個工作天(視乎目的地及清關情況而定)。

How long does delivery take?
Local delivery: approximately 1–3 business days.
International delivery: approximately 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs processing).

6. 可以指定快遞公司嗎?

我們暫未能提供指定快遞服務。

Can I choose a specific delivery courier?
We’re sorry, but customised courier selections are currently unavailable.

7/ 若送貨失敗會如何處理?

快遞若無法成功派送,貨件將退回並重新安排配送(可能需補收運費)。

What happens if delivery fails?
If the delivery cannot be completed, the parcel will be returned to us and re-delivery can be arranged (additional fees may apply).

C)關於售後服務 / After-Sales & Support

1. 收到商品後發現問題,怎麼辦?

商品若有明顯瑕疵或缺件,請於收貨後 24 小時內透過 WhatsApp 或 SMS 聯絡,我們將協助檢查及安排換貨。

What should I do if I find defects or missing parts?
If your order has visible defects or missing components, please contact our team via WhatsApp or SMS within 24 hours of receipt for inspection and replacement arrangements.

2. 收到的商品包裝有破損,可以更換嗎?

若僅為外包裝損傷、不影響商品外觀或功能,恕不屬換貨範圍。

Can I exchange an item if the outer packaging is damaged?
Minor external box damage that does not affect the product’s condition or function is not eligible for exchange.

3. 如何換貨?

經本公司核實後,可攜同商品及收據到門市換貨,或郵寄回本公司(郵費由客人承擔)。換貨時必須確保商品、商品包裝及所有配件齊全且完好無缺,否則恕不受理。

How can I exchange an item?
Upon verification, you may exchange the item in-store or by mailing it back to us (postage at customer’s expense). Items must be complete and in good condition for exchange eligibility.

4. 換貨需時多久?

5. 可以申請退貨或退款嗎?

6. 聯絡客服後沒有收到回覆,怎麼辦?
